KHY KHY THE LABEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Please read these terms and conditions and policies carefully before ordering any of our products. Please understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the following information below. 

You agree to pay the price that is set on the date on which you place your order. 
Shipping costs and payment fees will be confirmed at checkout. 
Any additional charges that may occur after checkout (especially for international orders where exchange rates, custom clearance fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in part or in all by Khy Khy The Label Co.

SALES TAX NOTICE 

It is our legal obligation to collect sales tax. The amount of sales tax payable by you will be calculated at checkout. It will be based on your shipping location and in compliance with your local tax laws. 

DISCOUNT CODES 

Please be aware that once a discount code expires, that sale is over. We will not accept requests to reinstate the discount code due to missed opportunity. Please ensure you order within the discount code timeframe to receive the sale. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Khy Khy The Label Co. solely reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to: Prices, sales, cost of shipping, terms and conditions, and product offerings and styles without prior notice. 

Note: Colors and patterns may vary from how they appear on a computer or smartphone screen, and pattern placement may be different depending on cut and sewing during production.  

DISCLAIMER 

Khy Khy The Label Co. will not be held responsible for any injuries or death that may occur while using any of our products. Please ensure you are following all safety guidelines before and while using any of our products. If defects or abnormal wear and tear arise, please inform us ASAP by emailing khykhythelabel@gmail.com. Please refer to the "Damaged & Defective" section mentioned in our refund policy for more information on factory defects. If an item becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear and is deemed unsafe, please protect your child and discontinue use right away.
