Free shipping on Canadian orders $100+

$15 Flat Rate shipping on orders under $100 (British Columbia Only) 

$20 Flat Rate shipping on orders under $100 (All other Canadian provinces)

LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS - AVAILABLE WITHIN KAMLOOPS CITY LIMITS ONLY 

$5 express local delivery within Kamloops, BC city limits (1-2 Business Days) 

Free standard local delivery within Kamloops, BC city limits (3-5 Business Days)

 

Kamloops, BC City Limit neighborhoods include delivery to the following areas only: 

Heffley Creek, Noble Creek, Rayleigh, Westsyde, Batchelor Heights, Tranquille, Brocklehurst, North Kamloops, Mission Flats, Sun Rivers, Pineview, Aberdeen, Dufferin, Southgate, TRU, West End, Upper and Lower Sahali, Downtown, Knutsford, Rose Hill, Juniper Ridge, Valleyview, Dallas, Barnhartvale and Campbell Creek.  

Any order that chooses local delivery but the address does not fall within the neighborhoods listed above will not be honoured and we will be in contact with the purchaser via email to amend the issue. 

 

 SHIPPING METHODS: We ship using various couriers that best suit delivery timeframe. We aim for expedited shipping on all orders, but this is subject to location and courier availability. 

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME: We will ensure that all domestic orders will depart from our warehouse within 3-5 business days from the date of order, though we will do our absolute best to get orders out sooner. 

Please note: This does not include transit time with the carrier, and once the package has left our facility, it will be best to track with the courier to stay up-to-date on shipping progress. A tracking number will be provided on all shipped orders. 

SHIPPING DURING SALES: 

No shipping addresses are able to be edited during sales, and we will not combine multiple orders into one package, so please be sure to purchase all desired items in one order to avoid being charged for extra shipping. Alternatively, if you purchase over $100 before taxes, shipping is always free. 

Items may be restocked or further marked down during the sale. When this happens, requests for refunds or credits will not be issued for purchases made before an item is restocked or if the product was marked down further.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.
