Refund policy

Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery date as long as items are unworn, unwashed with tags attached, and in original packaging. Purchase and Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and neither will be reimbursed by Khy Khy The Label. Refunds will be given to the original payment method and will include the purchase price of the item and applicable taxes paid. 

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. 

RETURNS: We require that all returns are initiated within 5 days from the delivery date, with the return being sent back to us within 15 days from the initiated return. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. We will process returns within three weeks of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package. 
 
Please note that no orders will be cancelled and/or refunds will be given because an order was placed before a sale and the customer realized later on that a sale will be happening at a later date. It is the customers responsibility to follow our social media posts, website discount codes and do their own due diligence in waiting for the sale/discount code to become active.  We will not accept requests asking for orders to be cancelled because they were placed a day before the sale happened.

 Alternatively, we will not credit you back the difference once the sale takes place. You agree at the time of purchase to pay what shows on the website, if that is full price, you accept that when you hit the place order button, regardless of whether the sale takes place the next day or not. 

Shipping fees will not be refunded.  

EXCHANGE: Exchanges due to sizing will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, given the item is in original packaging, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. Please reach out to khykhythelabel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number to initiate an exchange.  

CLEARANCE, SALE ITEMS & OOPSIE BIN ITEMS

Clearance, sale & oopsie bin items are considered FINAL SALE after purchase and will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. 

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

We will gladly help you replace your item if your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer's defect within 60 days of purchase. 

For items that become defective within 60 days--simply email a picture of the defect, a short description, and your order receipt to khykhythelabel@gmail.com.

If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, your claim must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier. 

If your item was a clearance or sale item, a full refund will be given. Alternatively, if your item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, you will be given a choice to choose an item of equivalent value, or a refund will be given. 

Refunds given will be for the amount of the item purchased, plus applicable taxes.
